What We Do

KO eHealth is a dedicated, Indigenous-led service provider, helping communities access virtual care services for over 20 years.

Clinical Services

This includes managing scheduled consults and providing direct support for any urgent or emergent services. With our specialized team and virtual care services, we are dedicated to improving the overall well-being of all our clients.

Education Services

The KO eHealth Team offers refreshers and training on the scheduling systems, while our Informatics Educator provides weekly training for nurses and equipment users to ensure the highest quality care through virtual services.

Technological Services

We are proud to offer virtual care access to over 27 of Ontario’s most remote First Nations with Virtual Care Technology and Units and videoconference packages to a total of 51 sites.

Special Programs

Through the NAN Hope program KO eHealth is able to provide virtual, holistic, and rapid-access to virtual mental health services.
In addition, we provide acces to Tele-Ophthalmology and an e-consult program.

Our team of skilled and passionate professionals are dedicated to making a positive impact in First Nation communities.
